All- Region was the one event I looked forward to every year.

Could the band people get the patch but not perform due to schedules?

Band Region and state auditions are in January.

The band kids we use already make region band. I know that it kills one opportunity for them, but not all of them

Dates for auditions: Garland ISD has a fall intercession from Oct 5-9th. We will kindly request a date change for audition/judging time frame.

I have already had students and parents express concerns about having concerts with or without audience.

I would propose postponing simply for morale. so many students are holding on to this opportunity dearly. it is motivating. we can always cancel later.

We can move it, but the window is limited to 10/3-10/18

Morale vs. public safety in my opinion

Is it worse for moral to be upfront about patch only than give them the expectation of a concert only for it to be cancelled later?
